The one thing I haven't been doing that I just started doing this week is his night stretches. So far (2 days), I feel less achy when I wake up.
I am really finding exercise and stretching daily are a major key in managing this disease. On the days I don't do it (the weekends are hard for me for some reason), I pay a price - both physically and emotionally. You don't have to this program (although its a great one), any and all exercise is beneficial. And don't forget the stretching!
PD wants to stop us from moving! I don't intend to let it stop me!!!
