The garden takes 5 to 10 times as long to do now, but I get there in the end. It's very important not to overdo things and keep a close check on your energy levels, I get it wrong from time to time and I'm layed out for a couple of days afterwards.
There are some special wide handled tools available for those who have grip problems, even aids for getting dressed and for fastening buttons etc..

He doesn't have as much lawn to cut since to moved to town and now he can cut the grass by walking the mower, so he's getting exercise that way. Yesterday he walked up town to get the mail and that was a 30 minutes walk so that was good for him.
He's okay getting dressed but sometimes small button are more difficult, so I help him occasionally.
