I use ground flax seed, barley, steel cut oatmeal that help me and if it gets bad I use MiraLax. I also use Kiefer, a probiotic, recommended by the Nutritionist at the NPF.
I am a mess when it comes to taking my meds and the protein. I asked my neurologist for a prescription for an evaluation by nutritionist. She said no problem her aunt has had PD for 80 years and she would do a plan for me. Well she had not a clue. I found these sites and she is now studying them to come up with a plan for me.
