If that is what it is, I've got it in my left hand., for quite a while. I recall trying to wipe down some logs in a log cabin using my left hand, and it was like pushing a stuck vacuum cleaner along a flat carpet. Very jerky and slow.

When it rains it pours. I guess it's just part of the progression. I used to do a lot of physical labor using my hands, welding, construction, fabrication etc. I wonder if that's why certain symptoms progress faster than others.
