And yes I do have bladder issues. Not major, yet, but it is headed that way. Not fun!!! One more thing for us to contend with. I've had PD for 15 years and I started bladder problems about a year ago. It is not progressing rapidly but it is progressing. I guess bladder problems are to be expected sooner or later. Don't know if this helps you any, but at least you know once again you are not alone.

SIGH!!!!!!!!
Amazingly resilient people can't hide beautiful smiles.
Sorry to get off topic.... But it's true !!!

Yes, I know what you mean Paula, bladder issues was one of the first symptoms I can relate back to - I've had that for years.
Nocturia (needing the loo frequently through the night) has been a problem forever (groan!) and an urgency to go in the day has been put down to PD by my Neuro and physio. They have said PD contracts the bladder making you feel the need to go often or giving you little notice. Yet another thing to blame on PD, although mine has improved with taking the PD meds - so I'm not at the plastic pants stage just yet. (Hahaha!!!!!) Sorry, this is not a funny topic but I can either joke or be crude so I'll do both - I know what you mean backpacker, I've just started noticing that, the whole lack of clearance thing - it's hopeless, I've been offered tablets but have opted for an ever increasing list of exercises!!
Great post Paula, thanks!
