Unfortunately I have a similar issue....wish desperately that I didn't.
Tremor in right hand - excruciating pain in left shoulder. Go figure !
It takes a bit to get started and often struggle to shake the 'pins and needles' from my arm.
I see an Osteopath once a week who kneads my shoulder like a loaf of bread and does acupuncture also.
I am trying a tempur pillow that moulds to your head - I am hoping it gives me some relief cause it was ridiculously expensive.
I'd be keen to know how you get on with it.

A caution for you: the good ones... the REALLY good ones... the ones who understand how bodies are put together and have the right skills to move things around... are scarce as hen's teeth. It can take a serious investment of effort to find them. You'll know when you do. Don't waste your time on the others.
