It all sounds good to me and makes sense. RU going to try it?
Since she mentioned it is now being recommended for PD patients, I was curious if others here had been told anything about adding this to their meds/supplements. I do not take any meds specifically for PD, but do take other meds to deal with some of my PD symptoms (does that make sense???).
I did try to see what I could find online about Alpha Lipoic Acid when she first told me to start taking it. I couldn't find a whole out there about it, but like you said - I couldn't find anything out there negative, so will continue with it. (My pharmacist acted like it was a common supplement taken by others.)
