Yes it does suck but i'm not giving up on finding a way to get sleep!!
hugs, paula
YES INDEED I KNOW THE FEELING ONLY TOO WELL.
NOW THEN, LET'S SEE IF WE CAN GET A POSITIVE OUT OF THIS.
AS MY 'ON' TMES ARE SO PRECIOUS, I USE THEM TO THE FULL, SQUEEZING EVERY MINUTE OUT OF THEM.
IF I CANNOT SLEEP, I GET UP AND DO SOMETHING. I DONT WASTE THESE PERIODS IN BED TRYING TO GET TO SLEEP.
IF I AM WIDE AWAKE, I TAKE THAT AS BEING AN ON TIME. IF THEY HAPPEN DURING THE NIGHT, THEN SO BE IT. BETTER THEN THAN NOT AT ALL.
I FIND SO MANY THINGS I CAN BE DOING DURING THE NIGHT. BY DOING THIS IT FREES TIME UP DURING THE DAY.
RIGHT, SO THAT'S THE POSITIVE I GET OUT OF THIS SEEMINGLY NEGATIVE SYMPTOM.
I JUST GET ON WITH IT, MAYBE YOU CAN TOO.
GO WELL AND,
MAINTAIN A WINNING POSITION.
