This group is for parents whose children have been sexually abused. We welcome both Mothers and Fathers. Here, we can offer support to one another. We can vent, cry and lift each other up. No condemning or criticizing allowed. We are here for support. We LOVE (((HUGS))) !

Please let me know if any of you are from Kentucky and have heard about this. I would like to put together a letter to send to this Clueless, Ignorant, Moron of a judge. As if this young lady hasn't been through enough we have lunatic judges protecting abuser. This is outrages !!

This is one strong girl. Lunatic women judge. I hope the local chapters of women's assault groups picket this one. But maybe this is what this judge was bound by law to do maybe the perps were young

I read the article! I'M PISSED! That's awful! However, I am now following her on Twitter and fully intend on saying something to her to let her know I completely admire her strength and her courage! What bull!!!!

I posted this on the incest survivors board... Someone replied with a link to a petition that can be signed for the judge to drop the charges against her. I signed the petition, and I thought I'd post it here so that anyone who'd like to sign it, can.

Yes, this makes me sick! I am sad to say that this does not surprise me. It is 2012 but you would think sometimes that it is still 1912. I remember when I went thru counseling over 20 years ago and never in a million years did I think that so little progress would be made towards getting help for sexual assault victims. I also thought with all the media (especially Oprah) coverage about sexual assault that we would have much tougher laws by now. I guess we have made some progress until I read a story like this one.

Why weren't these young rapists punished? Instead the victim is punished -it is so f****d up!!!!

Thank you Tom for bringing this to our attention. I wish that I did live in Kentucky so I could sign that letter!

I think I will bring this to the attention of Bill O'reilly on Fox news - he hates judges that do things like this and he is a huge supporter of rights for children who have been abused. The bigger stink that we make about this judge the better!!!

I added this girl, Savannah, on Facebook. You guys, she is SO strong. She posts things that blatantly state she's a survivor and she doesn't deserve to be silenced! She is so strong and so courageous and is an inspiration to many!
