Im having a horrible horrible day! Not sure why?! My son turned 7 yesterday we are almost at the two year anniversary of his disclosure. It seems it creeps closer and closer with no resolutions. Its so hard to function while at the back of my head is always what happened to him. I still feel quilt for not seeing the signs sooner. And the anger omg i thought at the very least it would subside slightly by now. And no one seems to understand my anxiety and depression or why my son is treated differently by me when he acts out. His meds seem to be helping slightly and he was just also diagnosed with the add on top of the original diagnosis of ptsd with severe anxiety. I just want our pain to go away. As a parent there are so many fears for our children. The love we have for them we believe is enough to keep them safe. Family is supposed to be safe. You should be able to trust those who are relatives so i did... the biggest mistake of my life. These people have destroyed my son from the inside out and in turn destroyed me. Im sorry for my ramblings i have no questions or help today for others i just needed to vent here in a place where others either understand or will one day understand. Staying strong is the strongest thing ill ever do.
