HELP ME SECURE: probable witnesses?!

We just finished another conversation about the child'support groyp at the church. There might actually be two witnesses to two separate of my children! One of them is the mom who's the ex social workers so she's doing everything the correct way and I know that if the truth is there, she'll let me know. However, the other witness is the kid who's parents have been in jail and when I shared with them about an incident, they said their kid said he was just rough housing. What is the best way to go about getting this kid's testimony so it doesn't look like I had anything to do with it? I plan on simply asking his mom if she told her child that my kids were the victims to start and also see if he mentioned anything else about the monster boy. Otherwise, I want whatever he says to be clean! How do I do this?

Sorry my computer glitched, the more you get involved the more you will be looked at like a medler, that is my opinion only.I mean if anything came of all of this, and I hope it does, when they start interviewing people your name will be the common denominator, which will look like you have talked to everyone involved. In a perfect world that should not matter, believe me I want to call the whole family and tell them what is going on. I think it should be published in a special paper that is all around the country for everyone to see, maybe it can be done but I don't see it. I am waiting anxiously for the detectives in NC to go talk to my daughters perp, the paperwork has been sent down there.I am anxious because they are leaving on Friday for a 2 week vaca in Florida with the grandparents and then to boy scout camp the week after that. Then he will be back and forth to a hotel because his mom is having a procedure and he will be with the grandparents I am hoping his mom does not know she does not have to let the police talk to him, and if they call her and they are not in town it just gives her time to talk to a lawyer and such. I think at this point you need to focus on your children and accept things will be what they are.I hope I am wrong and maybe someone else will say so.I do have to say on another note I feel a little sorry for the perp,he must be enduring some serious abuse.how old is he? No child does this unless they have serious mental problems and I mean no disrespect to your children for feeling empathy towards their perp,I do believe he should be punished severely but I can't help thinking where did he learn this. They need to stop him before he is the next kid on the news who committed a mass murder.

It's hard. Every day feels like an emergency. Every day you hope to get justice. But a good criticism from my friends is that I always jump the gun... Hard to be patient when everything feels like an emergency :-(
