I can honestly say I am devastated from WA State laws around child sexual abuse and it being a parent.  The statistics of people never prosecuted and justice never being served for me and others. I feel more hopeless now from finding out no charges will be pressed or the prosecutor decided not to move forward due to her age and not knowing clear dates and times as I did the day my children disclosed. The louder I got the more it was used against me. The court system is built to protect predators over children. My experience was it was so close to a divorce and adding domestic violence in our relationship his attorney pinned me with making up false allegations. Money and privilege does get you out of being held accountable. I can't wrap my head around knowing I can not protect my children at all. This is the most twisted world. I am full of rage and gut wrenching pain, worry and hopelessness.
