Advice for trial

My daughter has trial this Summer (victim of sexual assault). Does anyone have any tips/ facts/ resources advice? We are both testifying (me as a witness). I only ask as I know I'm limited on my end on what I can say to her (etc);her legality wise.

My adult daughter reported, but never charged, her abuser, so she hasn't been to trial. Many others here have, and will be along shortly with more ideas for you.

My daughter’s case went to trial 3/2/21. Her abuser was found guilty. My daughter, her father, and I all testified. My daughter was ready to confront her abuser and does not seem to have any negative consequences from the trial. Her trauma therapist sat in the court room throughout trial. I asked my best friend to come and be my support person. We ordered in supper multiple times the week of the trial (trial last 1 1/2 days). As a family we were exhausted a couple of days after so we watched movies and I finished a 2000 piece puzzle.
