I thought I would start the roll call today (first ever). It is a little chilly this morning in Southern California but we are looking for a great weekend. It will be sunshine and beautiful blue skies. My granddaughter did well yesterday at the doctor. She said she told herself that she was no longer going to cry if she got a shot or get her finger pricked. She got her finger pricked and she was brave (no tears). I thought is was cute the way she handled herself because she was so proud. The doctor said she will be at least 5'11''. She grow 5 inches from last year. I know she has to grow up but I sure wish she could stay little as long as possible. I'm sure you all know what I mean. Haven't talked with my son in a couple of weeks. The federal prisons has an email system that he uses sometimes and we communicate through it. He said he would rather have the money than for me to add it to the phone for accepting his calls.
