good luck
I had problems finding a balance for my sons diet. He was diagnosed with ADHD when he was seven. I have tried many forms of different diets and as you may guess I found the best one to be your typical healthy diet. Fresh fruits and veges, whole grains, very little sugar. We also began to consult with a Naturalist healer rather than a Eastern Medicine doctor who just seemed to want to throw new drugs at us every time we encountered a new problem. In addition to his healthy diet we both now take a health food supplement recommended by our Nutritionist. Its high in Omegas, Phenylethylamine, Beta-carotene. It seemed to help with my overall health and mood and it had definately helped my son to stay more focused and have less temper tantrums. I highly recommend anyone with ADHD to ask their doctor about it. Here is a link so you can read more if you like.
