At my son's daycare, they are learning about sizes and comparing things (this is bigger, smaller, etc). Well, my son is smaller than all the other kids as he is one of the youngest there, and he has small parents. He gets so upset, sometimes to the point of hysteria, when some of the other kids say he's little.
Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this? I really don't want him to develop a complex about his size. I know this is only the beginning, but I want to try to find a way to help him be comfortable with himself now.

My 3yr son is also very small and I am sure he will go through alot of it. The only thing I can say is do everything you can to build his selfconfidence and assure him he will get bigger.
My Nephew was a small person and was being teased alot. My brother put him in Martial Arts training when he was 5. He did very well and it helped him alot. He has never had to use the training but it really built him up personally. If I can I will start Johnny when he is old enough.
