making sure i am taking my vitamins is also huge. if i dont, i drag. taking them makes sure i can at least function all day.
you may also be suffering from some depression since losing your son, and that can cause you to feel fatigued often.
Wow you are doing an amazing job if that's whats on your plate and you're still able to do even half of that... koodos to you! I can only imagine what heavy shoulders and heart you must have especially after losing your son... my deepest condolences to you. I liked the advice that des wrote, I too would agree that sometimes a nap with your little one sure makes a difference, and I would agree as well that when you're on the go you don't have a moment to take care of yourself, much less feed properly so ensure you pick a few apples from your little one's plate during snack as well. If you have freinds or family near by, include them in a mass email to let them know the latest of your son's potty progress, your pregnancy updates, etc. and in the end let them know any help they can offer would be appreciated. Freezing meals for you, providing babysitting for your little one so you can get some sleep or clean in peace. I'm not sure what state or province you live in, but also perhaps look into some breaks the government can offer... in my province there is subsidy available for mom's who are unemployed, looking for work, or low income. They provide payment for part time daycare for example so you can have a couple hours out of the day to yourself.
Just know that these moments, though strainious and overwheming don't last forever. And in the end your health and the health of your unborn baby are what matters and take priority over dirty dishes and unscrubbed floors.
Postpartum depression is also something worth looking into... something you may not realize you have and could be suffering from in silence.
Best of luck to you Wyatt... Again, you are doing amazingly, many pats on the back to you for doing your best... in the end though, you deserve time off... hope you find a way to get one soon.
Wishing you all my best.
