OMG..I think I've found the cheapest form of entertainment for my 2yr old son. Tonight, just on a whim, I decided to dim the lights and take a flashlight and shine it on the walls and the floor just to see what he would do. OMG....you would have sworn that this was the most innovative toys he has....he must have chased that spot of light for at least 10 minute, just laughing and giggling!! It was the cutest thing to watch!! I think this will be a routine from now on because he looks like it must have tired him out...YAY!!! Who says you have to spend an arm and a leg to entertain your lil ones?
Also a big hit in our house, the big plastic storage bins. They empty out the toys they usually hold and play boat, car, train ect.
Gotta love kids!
Go figure, a $2 toy keeps her attention much longer than the expensive ones.
