If it is from the juice, just stopping the juice won't immediately clear it up, the body will still need time to work out the build up... that is IF it is from the juice... do you have reason to suspect allergies?
If you are pretty confident that it is acne and not something else, just keeping his hands clean and face clean should help, but don't OVER clean it obsessively, which will only cause the sebbaceous glands to go into overdrive, trying to replace the oils which get stripped from overwashing.
If by chance you are lactating, I'll tell you... I was told that there was NOTHING you could do about baby acne, and I saw many people have issues with baby acne which lasted MONTHS... at the first sign of any baby acne, I made it a point to squirt breast milk on the face every time I nursed them... and it always cleared right up. Incidentally, breastmilk is also the best treatement for pink eye, styes and clogged tear ducts.
