Parenting Teenagers (12-18) Support Group
This community is focused on the joys, challenges and concerns faced by parents of teenagers (12 to 18 year olds). The major areas of child development include: physical development, perception and sensory development, communication and language development, cognitive development, emotional development and social development.
That said, I have a friend who's son (9 years old) has always had behavior problems. She medicated him last year and he is suddenly doing well in school and socially. He still acts out from time to time but the medication has helped significantly. He will be the first to tell anyone that he feels much better with the medication.
