I am not going through that, but I'm sure you'll get plenty of good support here.
My 19 year old daughter told me she was bisexual since she's been 12. At first I was in shock, then denial, then acceptance. There's nothing I can do to change it, I just want her to be happy. She "dated" another girl for a short period of time when she was 16, and now is dating a MUCH older man. I would prefer she was dating a girl!! She's gotten herself into a bad situation- but since she's 19 and "knows it all" there really isn't much I can do. I don't know if I can help you with issues you are going through, but I will be happy to listen, and offer any assitance that I can.
She is experimenting with breast-binding, so we looked it up and made sure she is not damaging her body. We printed the precautions and she is required to follow those. Who knows what will come of it. The person she hangs around most with is a 12 yr old boy. They are very good friends, but haven't seen anything romantic about it.
Whatever she chooses, I want her to be safe, healthy and happy so will support her with whatever she decides is right for her life.
