Other than that, we limit computer and cell phone use when we feel either has been excessive, we tell him he is done for the day. His cell phone is not to be used during dinner and is kept on the kitchen counter so he can't sneak it (they can text without looking at the screen). Also his phone is charged in my room at night, right next to my phone so he can't use it at all hours of the night.
Computer use is usually no more than an hour or so on a day where he could play out side, no more than 2 if he couldn't go outside due to poor weather.
Good luck, its so hard with the technology that children are used to having these days!
