Parenting Teenagers (12-18) Support Group
This community is focused on the joys, challenges and concerns faced by parents of teenagers (12 to 18 year olds). The major areas of child development include: physical development, perception and sensory development, communication and language development, cognitive development, emotional development and social development.
As far as letting him fail I am very close to that point but I don't want to feel like I have given up on him completely. I don't know if there is anymore that we can do except for let him find his own way. He is very short sited and can only see the immediate gratification of his actions which is to have fun now. He was very excited this summer about playing football but he played around in school and was not eligible. So far that lost has not truned him around yet either.
