We started Keran in preschool for the first time this year. He is 4 years old, and we didn't put him in last year because he has some social issues. We wanted to wait until he was a little older. Now that he is in preschool, he is struggling with some of the rules. He wants to play when they are supposed to have story time, he never wants to do the craft, and he has a really hard time sharing.
We have a 2 year old daughter as well, and Keran struggles with sharing with her to, but he has never been violent with her. So when his teacher called and said that he had hit a boy in class we were suprised. He has never been violent with other kids before. I don't really know what to do. Does anyone else have any experience with this or advice on what we might do to help him?

He needs adjustment time. Has it recurred?
