Its a scary thing really. Because we as parents think oh it wont happen to my kid, and all along it IS happening to your kid.
So if it were me and my kid ( I have a 3 year old daughter) and I thought for 1 second that maybe she was telling me whats going on and I felt it had any truth to it at all, I would take action and remove my child from that place. I would not wait till I find a bruise.
Hope this helps you....Good luck!
With that being said, I think you did the right thing by going to the teacher and director. I would suggest someone else take your son to the bathroom, or that another teacher be present from now on. I also believe strongly in Mothers intuition, so if you think he is being harmed then I would remove him from the school. Good luck, keep us posted.
I would personally not stay there. Find a new place tomorrow...if it happens again at a new place, then you can work on figuring out what is going on. I just wouldn't feel comfortable staying.
