Hello ladies, I am new to this board. I have a 3 month old son who is teething. He has one bottom tooth poking thru and is constantly chewing on his fists, blankets, toys, pretty much anything he can get his hands on and seems to be a bit uncomfortable at night. His pediatrician said I could use orajel or tylenol at night when he's not sleeping well. Anyone have any suggestions/tips on anything else I can do for him? Thanks for your help :)
A massage with a teething stick is very soothing. It looks like a toothbrush but both ends have round parts with different shaped nubs on them. At his age, when you pick out teething rings or necklaces, make sure it can fit into his mouth before you buy it. I had a hard time finding something that fit my daughter, since she was so small. The thing I found the most useful was a baby bead teething necklace. Its easy to hold and is small enough for a little baby. :o)
