My daughter went from similac advance to similac sensitive, to soy, then to nutramigen. We are now starting to transition her back to similac advance.

The sensitive didn't help with her gassiness or vomiting and runny poop. It is super foamy so we had to add gas drops to the actual formula before giving it to her.

Every child is different. If you do try it you should keep her on it for at least 2 weeks before deciding whether or not it is working. Formula changes need at least 2 weeks before you will see what your child will be like on it. Except if she starts vomiting or gets a rash or seems to have an allergic reaction.

Similac Advance really is the best out there according to my peds office.

thank you for the response. i will def keep in mind the 2 week thing! im going to my ped office tomorrow to get some samples... to see if it makes a difference. when u say super foamy? u mean like after u shake the bottle?

Similac made my child constipated and Enfamil made her spit up all the time (even the one with added rice). We switched to Good Start and she did wonderfully on it.

Just make sure to make the transition gradual - don't switch all of a sudden because it could be hard on his tummy.

Similac was awesome for one of mine itwas the alimemtum. He had problems with everything and that was the one he could eat.
