DD has been waking up through the night crying...she's breaking her first tooth :-( Would giving her tylenol before bed help?
She's pretty ok during the day....isn't even really chewing on stuff more than normal. This waking up through the night bit is the only real "symptom" of her teething...well, that and the tooth obviously coming in.

Hard call.. I would recommend asking your Doctor.

My twins are both teething badly...Kai just got his two bottom teeth and Anika's are imminent, and our pediatrician said that if they seem particularly cranky before bed it is okay to give tylenol. We try to only give it when we can see they are really fussy, their cheeks are flushed, and they are having fussy feeds. It does help.

My DS is teething right now as well and he is sleeping horribly! Now that he is six months my Ped told me to go ahead and give him some Ibuprofen right before bed and it should help. He also doesnt want to feed at night he just chews up the bottle and falls back asleep in my arms which is sooooo not like him, he normally sucks down 8oz with the quickness at night. I would give him tylenol before we were ok'd for Ibuprofen, but I also asked my ped too. Hope your LO starts feeling better soon

I gave tylenol at night only..through the day I tried teething rings and ice cubes in mesh bags and stuff..then when she got older I used tylenol and motrin. Good Luck..it goes on forever.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
