I sing all the time too, I have a pee pee song and a poopie song ;-) every time I change her diaper I sing the appropriate song ;-)

Don't feel bad....I sang all the time when I was pregnant, and still do. I am famous for making up songs LOL.....Ava loves the Black Eyed Peas....whenever she is screaming, I turn on Boom Boom Pow or I Got A Feeling, and she stops crying and listens to the whole song. We can all be weird together LOL

Maybe I am not as crazy as I feel now that I know I am in good company! I sing ALL day long too. Mostly made up songs about what ever task I am doing or whatever strikes me. I also take current tunes and make up parodies about whatever we are doing. The twins think I am the greatest entertainment around. When I am done and they are laughing or crying because I have stopped I say "Be sure to catch my show, I'll be around all week." I rally am going nuts! It's bound to happen right? I mean we are at home all day long without adult companionship, we are bound to get a little loopy!

Lately whenever Lucas is crying I sing to him and the only music that pops into my head is Christmas music. So I dont know what Im going to do when Christmas is over...lol Jingle Bells and Rudolph are usually the 2 that come first. He loves to hear me sing!!

We do, too! We were big song parody fans even before Natalie came along, and now we are even more so! Her favorite right now is my new version of Silver Bells... makes her smile every time!

Yup, sing all the time!! Jonah loves the "Baby Signing Time" videos, so we sing those songs all the time! I wake up during the night with those songs in my head! Jonah has always seemed to love music/singing - he starts to wiggle and crack up every time he hears the "Say Hey/I Love You" song!

hehehe...my hubby made up a song called "stinky stinky Poo" tot he sound track of the Scooby doo theme song! We sing it at each poopie diaper! Otherwise, I sing CONSTANTLY to my son and his favorite is Otis Redding's Dock of the Bay and Christina Aguilera's CANDY MAN! ;-) Thank God my baby doesn't understand the lyrics to that one yet! ;-).

I had this song I sang all the time when I was pregnant and when my daughter was born it was the ONLY thing that could calm her down and just listen when she was fussy, it was so comforting to her, even now almost 3 years old she will ask for her special song and at night I will lay with her and she will just smile and listen and now sing with me....so sweet.
I feel bad because I didnt' start singing it to my son when he was born I thought it was something special just for me and her, so I started you are my sunshine with him and he loves it.

Jackson absolutely LOVES it and just smiles when we sing it. Then again, he also loves it when my hubby calls him "Mr. Stinky Poop McFartin'" when he gets the gas gun going. My baby is such a BOY!
