You're lucky to have all carpet! I have all hardwood floor. DD's knees look terrible from being dragged around all day.
shes pulling herself up on everything so I'm hoping walking isn't too far behind and her knees won't have to take too much punishment!

i never used them for my first i just got capri's that were too big for her so they for sure covered her knees when she crawled. and for a swim siut i got the one that looks more like a partial wet suit but 2 sizes too big. at 1.5 years she had a size three swim suit.
Legwarmers are the best! I used socks instead because it was cheaper. Most legwarmers here go for around $40- for one pair! Three pairs of socks goes for about $15. If DD pulled them off, I'd put her in stretch pants instead of shorts. The leg warmers on those links are adorable!!!
