Formula and Expiration Dates

DLR77
Just a quick reminder to moms (and dads) who are using formula: Check the bottles / cans for the expiration dates.
I usually glance absentmindedly at the dates after I've already bought them, have them home, and ready to use them.
However, for some reason, after buying a batch at Walgreens last week, I looked at them before putting them away. The expiration date printed on the bottle said March 2006 on three of the five I had purchased. I immediately returned them (I hope they don't put them back on the shelves...I'd not put it past them, really) and went elsewhere to purchase more.
So...lesson learned. I prefer to not take the chance, I guess.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
