I just wanted to stop by and say hi for right now. I haven't seen any recent post and wondering if there are any current participants in this group. I am a mother of one boy who is about to turn 6 years old. He is quite the active boy and recently was diagnosed with ADHD. We were not quick to let it be diagnosed but it was also true to form. The behaviors and the struggles were very apparent. He has gotten a lot better since he has begun treatment and am wondering if there are any mothers out there who have gone through any of the same struggles or anything similar that might have some advice or ideas, tricks of the trade...?

I am a single mom of a 7 yr old boy who was diagnosed with combined type ADHD last year. For behaviours, it seems that his talking back, being rude and disrespectful as been the major behavioural issue for the longest time.
