This can be an emotional rollercoaster, and the heartfelt grieve and pain can seem unbearable. Great to find this group; mom of 3 adult married children, divorced 25+ years. My adult son ( 2 young children) estranged 4 years this year. I send cards and gifts to the kids, no acknowledgement. It took much therapy, reflection and prayer to arrive at my place of acceptance. Thanks
