Paranoia Support Group
Paranoia is a disturbed thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. It is often associated with psychotic illnesses, sometimes schizophrenia, although attenuated features may be present in other primarily non-psychotic diagnoses, such as paranoid personality disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

im sorry u are going through this.. i understand. i have PTSD i also have little bit of paranoia so i get what going through.. i am sorry about what happened to you in the past. it is going to take some time and work but you can do it.
dont be afraid to speak your mind .. i can help if want.. but like i said it is going to take some time..
I just wanted to say that I am sorry for everything that you are dealing with. It sounds terrible and I really hope that things get better. Just stay focused on working to make them better by doing whatever you can. Joining this group was a very good idea I think. Just keep working hard and never give up. As soon as you give up, your PTSD and paranoia are going to win the fight and you don't want that. Also, know that you are not alone at all. There are many people that you can talk to, myself included. If you ever need an ear, please feel free to talk to me :) I think it's very therapeutic to talk with each other about our issues and it can lead to beautiful solutions. Let me know if you would ever like to talk, know that you're not alone, and keep working hard. I sincerely hope that things get better!
