my advice would be to not answer the phone when these numbers appear, i get a lot of calls like that every day, and also try not to research the rf waves thing because it will just make you worse, i was paranoid about rf waves just recently and nearly ended up in hospital because of that and other things.
are you taking any medication ?, it will help with the paranoia and if not might be worth getting to the doc and telling him/her about it all x

Don't answer the calls. Take a wrench, crowbar, and some bolt cutters and rip the gps out of your car.

To be honest I don't think it's something you should worry about. my phone got hacked a while back and I freaked out, but then I realized that whoever hacked into it couldn't really do anything save for taking pictures and recording convos.

The government , in it's current state to me shouldn't be trusted. They have all kinds of experimentation they do to people. I would get the numbers changed on your cell. On the other phone as well. There are lunatics who get their kicks out of scaring people. Makes them feel strong. I would try a *57 to track the call to the police. Just hang up after the nitwit calls and then press that number and it will give you directions. Five calls that you do that with and it gets INVESTAGATED by the phone company, then you get to press charges. Another one is *69 IF THE PHONE HAS THE ABILITY ALREADY TO HANDLE IT. tHE CALLS HAVE CHARGES. I have been through this kind of gaslighting behavior and more from a group of people in my town. It can be extremely disturbing and the sickos get kicks out of it. With the negative energy being directed at you. Do you have any sort of energy that is positive, like reading the Bible? Praying? Having people pray with you? I would seek them out. If it has anything to do with the Masons, Illuminati, or high goverment creeps, the last thing they want is GOD in your life. But lets not get ahead of ourselves. People, automatic machines, I think ALL people at one time get bothered by some unwanted callers. Is it possible any of your friends are playing a joke on you? I thought I had friends but some people to get back at you or something they may be doing this too. If you are housesitting and getting these calls, well.....do they complain of unwanted calls too?? There is also an unwanted calls beaureau and if I find the number I will let you know . I will ceck to see how you're doing. God bless you.

Just to add a footnote to your concerns , and I don't know in the least if I was any help to you, unless you are doing anything anti-government, why would they target you. They do have the capacity to spy on people, anybody-and regular people, even kids know how to do things that are scarey, such as search people's personal information. Why would they target you? Believe me I know what ordinary people can do to make you doubt your sanity. Call up a prayer group you can talk to o ver the phone like the 700 club. Good luck.

Probably the calls are done by computer. So I think it's hackers. Technically it's called "phreaking". They can't do much but it's annoying. I get those too. And I also get strange demands for money from automated calls. I think it's "phishing" -- people trying to scam others out of money.

Either way it's a pain in the arse. Talk to the phone company about call rejection if there is a number in the caller ID field.

Don't let little stuff like this spook you. Really it's minor, just don't fall for it. It's like a prank.

And the RFID thing is disturbing too, but you have nothing to fear personally. You wouldnt be the only one with RFID. It's probably not for tracking, but for scanning if you get arrested only.
