Fear that the doctors have always missed something
Fear of not thinking we can be in public for FEAR or having an attack
Panic is fear the very meaning of a panic attack means to have fear of something that is not there- the flight or fight responce ingranded into us from thousands of years ago--
The best way I have ever heard a panic attack put is like this
You look around , your heart begins to beat faster, your legs and shoulders tighten up, you being to sweat, your breathing get shallow, your adren. chemical is pumping full force ready to RUN or FIGHT! and nothing is there .......
now take this back 3000 years ago to caveman times
Your setting around you camp fire You look around there is a tiger 200 ft in front of you! , your heart begins to beat faster, your legs and shoulders tighten up to let you be able to run if you have to, you being to sweat to make it harder for the animal to catch you if you run, your breathing get shallow this helps direct much needed blood to your arms ,thighs, and brain, your adren. chemical is pumping full force ready to RUN or FIGHT!
Over thousands of years we have taught our bodys how to respond to fear in this manner just so happens with us people with panic there is no tiger just us and our mind our mind IS our tiger and you can let it keep stalking you around for the rest of your life or you can stare it down , stand up and DARE it to try and come take your roast (life) cause your DONE playing with it
But the good thing about panic is there are somethings we know to be 100% true
1. They do not last forever it will stop
2. There are ways to help calm yourself by breathing
3. You can learn what your triggers are and work on exposure therapy to them as slow or as fast as you want
4. That there is help out the to over come it with talk therapy, oils, yoga, meditation, and some others
5. That you are no alone, there are thousands of people that suffer from it everyday and we are lucky enough to have people to talk to about it with
6. No one has ever died from a panic attack
The funny thing is there is nothing really in our lives that is out of our control -- its just the fear of the situation that we are in that makes us "feel" out of control.
We put ourselves out there to do the things that may cause our panic and that is NOT a bad thing taking the time to be in the places we dont like as long as we take the right approch to it can help alot now that whole time you cant set there and think "Oh i hate this, I am going to panic, I am going crazy, I cant do this."
You have to up talk I can do this, I can handle this and anything else, this is just panic I have been here 1000 times before possitve self talk is a quick fix to a fast hitting panic attack
