Back in DEC of last year i was getting high with my
cousins if i can remember that was the 7th time i was getting
high i was fuck up like completely blown.
The first 30 min were amazing we order Pizza to take care of the musnchies i started hallucinating after that i went straight into panic and i freak out i was so paranoid i laid down it went away. Then came 2 months later and my anxiety came back horribly ended up in the hospital once and in urgent care like 3 times with panic attacks and i dont feel the same....
Imagine u did it longer than i did but i also was taking other meds which might have playd a role but yeah just letting u know
I don't know how to turn them off. I do think anxiety and some paranoia plays a huge part in the panic attacks.
Mine stemmed from a car accident and I had fears of another so being in a car was one trigger.
However I also have social anxiety, from the time I can remember and it has upset my entire life, all 56 years of it.
