Just try to think positive thoughts, and keep ur mind off of PA and how long it is gonna take, or maybe u are thinkin that I am going crazy, just totally erast that thought, and replace it with a more positve thought. If you think more positive and encouraging thoughts, then the faster your PA will pass.
