1. Stop scaring yourself. (think this in your mind and mean it)
2. Breathe from your diaphragm.
3. Shut your eyes and think of a color that is calming and pleasant to you. Next time you breathe in, imagine you are filling your body with a color you love and when you exhale, imagine you are shoving out all the junk. Now it's just you in there. Do this 5 consecutive times to cleanse your body of the crap.
This was told to me by a physician who doesn't believe in Western Medicine and being medicated so that your problems can't get resolved. She said screw the anti depressants. It only delays dealing with what's causing the panic attacks.
