PAs stemmed fron overstimulation from you bodys flight or fight response however most PA sufferers usually feel the flight responce but your outrbursts are normal just your fight response is overstimulated it is the same endorphins in your brain that is being released but it depends on each person how the PAs happen I hope this helps
