I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.
I have been on this site for a while but have never really found someone that I can talk to about my anxiety and panic attacks. Everyone I msg or search for has been inactive. I don't want to post everything on the forums since I am a somewhat private person, but I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for 5 years and its been steadily getting worse rather than better. Like most ppl with anixety, i suffer from depression. Lately I don't even get out of bed because I can't breathe well.
Anyways if you think we share similiar problems and would like to talk just message me.

I agree it is hard to find people to talk to on here that stay with the site very regular. I find that reading other posts has helped alot. have you tried that? I am on here every other week or so, and Your welcome to message me if you would like. I know that getting through all this panic BS is alot easier if somebody has actually experienced what your feeling. I have had Panic and Axiety for the past 15 years and I can tell you this much. It gets easier to deal with as time goes on and you learn more about it. Knowledge is power like they say, and if you understand whats going on with your mind and body, it does make it easier to go through. Hang tough and know that you CAN do this! I know sometimes we don't think we can but then we do! MY best to you!

Ive dealt with anxiety and depression for many many years and was once at the point you are with not even.getting out of bed. I'm dealing with another setback because of anxiety and I'm scared I'm going to fall into a deep depression again and not get out of bed. I'm talking to someone now and doing my research on anxiety and how to prevent myself from getting to this point ever again. I would be happy to talk with you and maybe we could help each other and give encouragement. That's why I love this website. People here understand exactly what we are going through!

Hey there....I certainly know how you feel. I was diagnosed with panic disorder at 20 years old. That was 12 years ago. My depression became severe at times in the last decade where I didn't get out of bed for a week at times, lost jobs, friends, and became an alcoholic to self medicate. I'm doing much better now but its stil there. If you want to talk just message me anytime. I'm on once a day at least. Take care.

I've suffered with anxiety disorders and recurring panic attacks since the age of 12. I am now 23 and in school to be a school psychologist. I too have also become depressed at the hand of my panic attacks and often feel alone in the battle. I would like to be able to talk to someone as well, so feel free to message me. Good luck.
