There are a few things that you can do that will help, I guarantee it!!! Ask your doctor for a blood test to see what your potassium, zinc, and magnesium levels are. Chances are very high that your levels in all 3 are very low. Magnesium and Omega 3 oils help to stop the palpitations. This is a diet issue and your body is telling you something. You just have to listen. If you have a cut, you see blood, you listen to your body, and you put on a band-aid. This stops the exposure of the cut and you heal. This is the same thing.
1. You ARE NOT GOING TO DIE FROM THIS. probably 80% of the people reading your post are suffering, or have suffered from the exact same thing. A young man walks into the cariodiac care unit at the hospital and sees and old couple sitting down. The old man, about 80 years old, says to the young man, "son you are very young, what are you doing here?" The young man response "I have been having palpitations and I want to get them checked out again." The old man responds, "Oh, I see, I have been having palpitations for about 60 years." TRUE STORY
2. Realize that your body is just telling you that is needs something, or has too much of something else. True, there is the stress and axiousness, but don't forget that God made the human body and it is absolutely amazing when you think about it. If you get a cut, you heal, if you get a virus, you build immunity, if you live in areas that are cold, your blood thickens, if you live at a high altitude, you require less oxygen after a short time. Basically, the body adapts. You have to figure out what your body needs and fix it. Realize that it will not change over night. You took a long time to make your body this way, so it will take a little while to fix, but certain natural things will help significantly. At least to the point where you can stop focusing on yourself. Once you stop focusing on you, you will immediately feel better.
