I am not sleeping. Feeling anxiety and trembling. Up and the symptoms continue all day. I can't stop my brain from worrying. Anyone else struggling? Am I all alone with this?

I'm very anxious myself. A lot of changes in my life and work is toxic. I am trying to pay attention to my breath throughout the day and meditate at night for just a few minutes. Not too much caffeine and trying to eat healthily. take care!

My sleep deprivation come from trauma and my brain never wanting to shut off. Even with sleeping pills on board it still races a million miles an hour. I hate it. I just wish my brain would shut up and shut down when I am trying to sleep

Ive been suffering severe anxiety and sleep problems. Tried many meds for sleep and anxiety. On atavan now every nite and as needed during day. Its the best yet at calming. Ive been advised to get some hormone tests done...specifically adrenal glands for the anxiety. They control hormones for the 'fight or flight' response. It may be something to look into if you cant find relief. Saliva testing is recommended, blood testing is not as accurate.

Yes its the most horrible feeling unfortunately I went on to meds even though I vowed never to do in my life but this is debilitating...The dread and trembling and my anxiety is so bad I just can't cope anymore. Urbanol is helping so much just half tablet in the morning and half in the evening, side effects is a yawn alot. Then at night I've been prescribed Cilift half a tablet at night but the do give side effects of muzzy headaches, rather have that then the jittery feeling I can't control. At night I have stillnox and that's fantastic as I have a good night's sleep without waking up groggy, Yes so I tried for about 6 years of continuous worry and giving money out left right and center, so ya I did try but at the age of 16yrs my body gave up suffering panic attacks that are so fearful ! Will carry on till my son is out and hopefully has learnt his lesson. People must not tell me to walk away I can't I love him no matter what. ..
