I just saw your post. I am usually in the morning here, and at your place is night..so, every time when u have a panic attack during night you are free to send me a message. :)
Maybe its not to bad to have some herb-based pills. I have heard for Valeriana. They can calm you and make you sleep. Of course, thats not something what you should do all the time, but its good sometimes. It cant harm, especially if u cant calm applying some other methods.
