When Im having an attack, I try to space myself. Then it seems like thats when everyone wants to come around me and ask all kind of stuff or just to talk. When im trying to catch my breath I dont feel like talking. I end up getting real angry and yelling at the people I care about. It starts problems. So when I try to tell them whats wrong they are still mad cause I yelled at them. So I say forget them. But I know I need someone. What do I do? How can I explain my situation more better?
