3 weeks ago I started having sudden onset of panic attacks and severe anxiety and couldn’t leave my house. I refused to go on medication and tried various natrual remedies, exercise, breathing, meditation. Nothing seemed to help alleviate me, only helped a little. I new if I didn’t fix whatever was going on with me, it would slowly paralyze me. Finally, a friend of mine suggested Traditional Chinese medicine. OMG! It saved my life! It’s been 3 weeks now since this all happened and only 1 week of taking the herbs and it has calmed my soul, mind and body. I no longer take anything except my herbs and am about 85% to 90% better. I am starting acupuncture next week in hopes to fully recover soon. What is his reason for not wanting to see the doctor or get help? I know I didn’t want to be medicated, so I chose a different route. You should see if he is willing to see a Traditinal Chinese medicine doctor who also specializes in acupuncture and maybe a little therapy to retrain him to be him again. At this point my physical and emotional symptoms are stable. I still fear a little, which I think acupuncture can help me further. The rest is re training yourself that everything will be ok-this May have to be done by seeing an anxiety/panic attack therapist specialist. I did It on my own since i didn’t suffer from it long term.
