Yes, you can get headaches after panic attacks and sometimes they can last for days as mine did. I do agree with Harry though, you do need to be put on some type of med for your panic attacks. I was shortly after I discovered I had panic Disorder. For me it just came outta no where and I thought I was having a heart attack and that is when I was diagnoised with panic attack. So go get yourself on a med to help, and try controlled breathing, for the last several days when I have had mine i have had to take a med and controlled breathing at same time. It may take a bit to get over sometimes half hour or more but if u think positive and take your meds and controlled breathing it will help and it will pass. just keep telling yourself that, There is nothing wrong with me and this will pass, I AM FINE. Hope that helps.

Thank God, I have had a headache everyday since my panic attack on Monday, I don't want to get on anymore med's, I am already on high blood pressure med's and Prozac, I just started having panic attacks this year, what kind of panic attacks med's are you on and what does it do?

I am on Valuim genaric name is diazapam, it actually calms your central nervous system down so that you have less panic attacks, it could take days to getinto your system and there are some side effects I am on 10 mlg 2 times a day but i had to work myself up to mlg because i was really nuasated so i went to 5 mlg and then worked my way up to 10, it's like xanax but it takes longer to kick in and lasts longer then xanax does, you will find that it does help. I haden't had a panic attack in a long time until october when things really started going crazy for me, right now my attacks run rampid but not as bad when on valuim, right now is just a really stressful time for me. but like I said valuim works. I don't like being on any medication but I am on 6, for my heart, depression, panic disorder, and cholestrol and hight blood pressure and migraines. Soon to be on a cpap machine for Sleep apenia. but talk to a doctor and get put on something or else you will live daily with panic attacks and that can really wear you out fast to where u have no energy. So seek help and get put on something to calm your panic attacks down. Prayers for the best to you.
