however I think its best to get the panic attacks stopped
the big unasked question is: do some sufferers enjoy the adrenalin rush and so don't want their panic attacks stopped?

However, I REALLY don't think anyone would enjoy the adrenalin rush from a panic attack. Whilst people can thrive on the nerves leading up to a big game or something, having a full blown attack is quite a different sensation, and not something that 'adrenalin junkies' would crave.
