I sympathize with you. If you live in the U.S., and you have the money,go to a private clinic. If you don't have the money for a private clinic than do what you can on your own with books and workbooks. Know,also, that you'll NEVER be able to fully get rid of it and there will ALWAYS be areas you can't conquer. Do your best to accept and, to make peace, with this knowledge and move on. There will be areas,though,that you can reduce so focus on those areas instead. If you don't live in the U.S. than you have more options. You can go to a free clinic for help,if you can't afford a private one,and(either way) these are better options. You're blessed,so far as mental health opportunities go,if you don't live in the U.S..
