I have learned a lot of coping techniques over the years. I still see a psychiatrist and will always do so because I know that is part of what helps me get through each day. I saw a therapist for a really long time and still would, but I cannot financially afford it anymore, but if you can I think having another person to talk to is beneficial.
I have grown spiritually the past few years and that has helped with all of my control and fear of death issues...they are still there, but they are not running my life.
